3) Incident Control & Evaluation - Immediately following an incident members of operation & quality, safety and MIS will assess and report on the damage to the Crisis Team. The crisis team will support and advise emergency services and local municipal units in handling the immediate situation and provide information required about materials and activities of STR-SH. 事件控制和价值评估-在接下来的事件操作和质量,安全和管理信息系统,都会对危机队的损坏进行报告和评估。危机队将维持并建议紧急事件服务商和地区市政单位来着手处理紧急状况并提供有关STR-SH放射及材料所必须的信息。 a) Based on the assessment, the team may hire contractors to fix damages that may cause another incident e.g. damage of fuel tank, broken windows, bending of water pipe etc… 基于估价金额,组织可能出钱雇人来修理会引起其他事故发生的毁坏处,包括燃料桶的损坏,窗户的破裂,水管的弯曲等… b) According to the findings of the assessment, the crisis team can determine immediate actions and do analysis for making up a solid recovery plan. 对评估的研究结果达成协议, 危机队能确定直接的行动并为一个坚固的恢复计划做分析。 4) Damage Assessment - Following the incident, and concurrent with the investigation as to the cause, an assessment will be made 损伤估价-在事件或者是在调查研究中引起的同时间事件发生后,应该做一个评估金额。 a) To get information of building safety and availability of building infrastructures e.g. electricity, gas, water, lift, telephone, internet, fire safety system and devices etc… 要得到大厦安全和大厦基础设施即电、气体、水、电梯、电话、互联网、防火安全系统和设备的信息及实用性等... b) To determine floor safety and areas (office, storage room etc…) of damage inside STR units in different floors. 确定地板安全和在STR 单位里面 (办公室, 贮藏室等区域..) 损伤程度不同的地板。
c) To determine number of casualties and the extent of injuries (loss of workforce in short and long periods). 确定人员伤亡的人数和受损范围(包括短期和长期的劳动力损失)
d) To identify internal installations (e.g. computer network, lighting, electricity, compressed air etc…) & operation equipment (e.g. test equipment, office equipment, storage tanks and supply) affected. (refer to Cecas system) 鉴别内部受到影响的装备(例如计算机网络,照明设备,电器,压缩空气等)和操作设备(例如测试设备,办公设备,贮藏冠及供应品)。(参照非洲经济委员会制度) e) To determine the degree of damage of installation & equipment so as to classify them into repair or replacement groups). 确定设施装置的受损程度以便分类他们入修理或替换的小组) 。 5) Damage Analysis - With the data from the assessment, the crisis team can do analysis to quantify the following effects:- a) Testing & inspection capability e.g. number of test delayed per day etc.. b) Customer service e.g. number of order or calls missed etc… c) Employee Loss. d) Public image of STR-SH e.g. how many % customer will not use STR-SH. e) Financial Loss.
