1) Roles of Crisis Team - Immediately following a major fire incident, the Managing Director will activate the Crisis Team to lead and coordinate the efforts:
危機小組的作用-在重大火災后,相關人員會派出危機小組來帶領以及監管下工作
a) To assess the impact of the incident so as to define the degree, areas, facilities and workforce of damages.
對時間的影響,地點,設施以及損壞進行考察
b) To bring the immediate situation under control so as limit the effect e.g. intact facilities will not be affected by subsequent actions etc…
立刻控制局面並減少影響,例如確保事件后的任何動作都將不會影響到設施等等
c) To implement immediate actions to minimise effects.
立刻採取行動以降低其影響程度
d) To implement medium and long term action plans to restore the services and operations e.g. relocate all facilities in new building, purchase of equipment, etc…
執行中長期的行動計劃,重新讓其運轉,例如將設施移動到新的地點並採購新器材等等
e) To monitor the process and adjust the action plan.
監控,進行並改善行動計劃 |
