next time if ur back....

you should to ride through shenton way from east coast service road, fort road, nicoll highway, shenton way passing the esplanade and the merlion park towards west coast highway.

of course, on weekends where there're less traffic.

west coast stretch is a good place to do fast hard sprints. but beware of trailer trucks, so cycle in a pack of at least 3 and more...

turn around at the end where there is a 'merry go round' thing and ride back same route... u'll pass vivocity another side of shenton way...where the view is even better. and the feeling of cycling through the CBD is excellent!

but dont let the beauty take away ur focus on the road. return trip should take a good 60-70k.

another scenic view is marina south...where oakley city duathlon was held. nice and quiet pretty much free from traffic if u go on weekdays during morning and office hours. beautiful singapore CBD skyline.
