2006 Shanghai Bicycle Race #7 - 上海自行车联赛第六场
CRITERIUM
FHL Shanghai Hairy Crab Classic

1.    Race timing: Saturday, October 14th, 2006   (next race will be November 4th)
比赛时间：2006年10月14日，星期六    (下一场比赛时间11月4日)
Puxi / Pudong meeting time - 浦西/浦东集合时间:    6:00 / 6:50 am
Arrival at race course - 到达比赛场地:    8:20 am
Sign-in – 比赛签到:    8:20 am – 8:50 am
Category B race – B组比赛:    9:00 am – 10:00 am
Category A race – A组比赛:    10:00 am – 11:30 am
Awards ceremony - 颁奖仪式:    11:45 am – 12:30 pm

In case of rain, race will be delayed to following day, Sunday October 15h.  Please prepare your own food and snack if necessary.  如遇下雨，比赛将推迟至10月15日，星期天。如有必要，请自备食品和点心。

2.    Meeting Location & Transportation - 集合地点与交通
Puxi: Intersection of Huaihai Road and Fuxing West Road. 浦西：淮海路复兴西路口
Pudong: Meet at the Maglev Station, Long Yang Road, Pudong (Outside the Metro Line 2 Longyang Road Station, opposite the Decathlon Store).  浦东：龙阳路磁悬浮车站（地铁龙阳路站外，迪卡侬花木店对面）
We will have short group ride and warm up until the race point (about 25 km from Maglev station)
选手们在发车地点附近将有短时间的赛前集体试车及热身活动(距磁悬浮站大约25公里)

3.    Race Type, Location and Route - 比赛类型，地点和线路
Race type:    Criterium. 比赛类型
Race Site: Hangyuan Road, near Yuandong Road (A30).  From Longdong Road, turn right on Yuandong Road.  Continue south past the flyover to the airport; after about 4km, turn right on Hangyuan Road. Take a left turn at the first corssing and you are there..
比赛地点: 航远路, 近远东大道(A30), 沿龙东大道,至远东大道右转, 继续向南过浦东机场约4公里,右转至航远路,在第一个十字路口左转,即到比赛地点
    B Criterium: 10 laps, each lap 2 km, total 20 km.  Intermediate sprints at lap 3 and 6.
    B组比赛: 10 圈, 每圈2公里, 总长度为20公里, 中间冲刺点为第3圈和第6圈
    A Criterium: 20 laps, each lap 2 km, total 40 km.  Intermediate sprints at lap 5, 10 and 15.　。
    A组比赛: 20 圈, 每圈2公里,总长度为40公里, 中间冲刺点为第5圈,第10圈和第15圈.
