左膝盖受伤的状况下,尝试低强度骑行

  自从十一前在安徽爬山,左膝盖受伤以来, 已经隔了两个月了,其间,以为自己的左膝盖已经恢复正常了,又去走了次清凉峰,那是个大强度,13个小时的山路,左膝盖再次受伤,才知道问题蛮严重的,爬山的过程中,膝盖一直在痛,带了护膝也照样没有用,因为已经受伤了,再怎么做保护也是徒劳.10月中旬的时候, 去了华山医院,医生检查了一下,初步认为是膝盖的软骨磨损,导致膝盖在运动的时候疼痛,医生建议保守治疗,每天做恢复性训练,锻炼大腿肌肉,从而固定膝关节.
     11月中的时候,有天去逛街买东西,走了一个小时,回家后发觉明显的酸痛,但第二天就恢复了.
     12月1号,骑自行车去青浦金泽镇,60多公里,平均时速在20--25之间.由于膝盖问题,骑行的时候带了护膝,个人感觉没有什么作用,纯粹是膝盖保暖的.莘庄出发, 七莘路--沪青平公路--金泽镇,历时三个小时,到达了目的地.骑行的时候,速度控制在25码一下,没有给膝盖压力,感觉很轻松,膝盖没有任何不适的感觉.回来的路上,顶风,速度也在20码左右,很明显的感觉到要用力才能保持队形,不至于掉队,这个时候,膝盖承受一定的压力,但骑行过程中没有任何痛感.当中有段路,速度在28左右,因为天快黑了,路上又没有灯,所以快速骑行,也没有不适(个人认为是运动的时候,感觉不到疼痛和酸麻).回到家是晚上六点,路上也是三个钟头左右.
    到家后,检查膝盖,没有明显的疼痛和酸麻,按压膝盖四周,也没有感觉,尝试做各种角度的弯曲动作,也没有任何不适.个人认为,本次120公里的骑行,对膝盖没有太大的影响,或者说由于我的经验有限,还没有觉察到.不过,膝盖在从弯曲的状态下伸直时,有时会发出嘎哒一声,和之前一样.
    现在在运动和平时生活中,尽量把力吃在右膝盖上,每天都带着护膝,坚持做恢复性训练. 一个月后再看膝盖恢复的情况, 评价的标准是看左膝盖和右膝盖在关节活动时候的差别,如果还是没有好转,那就要让医生做进一步的检查,拍片,或许会发现问题的根源.
   
此次骑行,我体会到以下几点:
1.当膝盖受伤后,要停止大强度的活动,不能让膝盖反复受伤,否则,一旦膝关节出问题,麻烦就大了
2.尝试其他低强度的活动,保证自己在停止其他运动后,身体素质不会下降.我之前玩爬山和羽毛球,对于膝盖的冲击和负荷都很大, 现在尝试骑车,看看情况会怎么样,是否依然容易损伤膝盖.
3.假如这次在路上,突然觉得膝盖疼痛,或者酸麻,我就要停止骑行,然后返回.

不是什么都用养的，而且养也有分靜养和动养。

请不要胡乱学习，有病还是要看医生

我膝盖受伤一直没好，顶多休息2个星期，3个月值得学习啊

恩，非常感谢
我是要停至少3个月，最多慢慢骑行50公里，锻炼身体，否则一直陷入死循环，不断受伤，修养，再受伤
这两天感觉到膝盖不对了， 在下午的时候，会酸，轻微疼痛，而且关节有摩擦的感觉
现在，四个动作，两个是坐着的时候就会想到做，靠墙的动作是在家早晚做两次，不多，但是速度很慢的那种，效果应该也有的把，然后抬腿也坚持早晚做
盐酸胺葡萄糖也在吃，早晚两粒，还有喝牛奶，呵呵
这段时间比较忙，过段时间去港汇看看护膝

上周日,和顾铭去环游淀山湖,140公里,感觉肌肉酸痛,但膝盖没有明显的疼痛或着酸麻,所以, 也不能判断出什么
可能损伤了,但是不严重把,因为这次强度蛮大的,我们在公路上的速度一直在25以上

现在这几天,我一直在做那四个动作,感觉效果蛮明显的,走路的时候,膝盖不会因为关节紊乱而发出嘎嗒声
护膝我也没有带了,感觉护膝可能使得关节或者软骨错位,才导致膝盖不舒服
先停止一段时间,看看情况如何

还有, 我的MRI照片应该出来了,什么时候,我再来找你一下, 如果你能安排的出时间的话
应该是在一月初 ,也就是新年后,看有时间,再约
