Caffeine cuts post-workout pain by nearly 50 percent

They did also mentions the caveats, mainly (1) it may not work for the heavy coffee drinkers; (2) only a small group of women were sampled, so it may not work for men. I guess most people on this forum are probably SOL. Hehehe...sorry mate... caffeine has zero effects on me... Coffee makes me sleepy, so i think that's how i'll get pain relief from coffee It seems that only you three are posting these days.Let me join you.

I don't really drink coffee, only occasionally ice cold mocha on a road trip.
