A GROUP of cyclists have been injured after a car collided with the pack in Melbournes south-east this morning.
Paramedics treated three cyclists at the scene for multiple injuries along the popular cycling strip on the Nepean Hwy in Aspendale about 7.15am.
All injuries were minor.
Police are yet to interview the driver and it is not yet known what caused the collision.
Meanwhile, police want to speak to anyone who witnessed a collision involving a bike and four-wheel drive in central Victoria yesterday.
Police believe a vehicle travelling west along Myrniong-Trentham Rd in Newbury, clipped a cyclist and knocked him to the ground.
The driver stopped at the scene and helped the 48-year-old male cyclist from Port Melbourne until further help arrived.
The cyclist remains in a serious condition in hospital. |
