B、Item
a. Men's Road Cycling Race：
56 km，Number of players:150（age 18—age 50）
b. Men's mountain bike race：
46 km，Number of players:100（age 18—age 39） Group A
46 km，Number of players:50（age 40—age 60）Group B
c. Women’s mountain bike race：
46 km，Number of players:100（age 18—age 45）
C、Eligibility
a. Players on the age between 18 to 60, and who have a good physical condition and have exercised for a long time, are welcome to join this race.
b. Players who had ever registered in Chinese Cycling Association can join this race only if had retired for at least 2 years.
c. Players should have its own ID with.
d. All the players should sign the waiver agreement with Organizing Committee for accident.
e. The race reward will be reduced 50% if the number of registered players in this race is less than 50, and the race will be combined with the next race.
f. Every player should register between 9:00 to 18:00 on Sep 11th in the designated hotel and get their number brand/ fabric.
g. Every player should pay 200 RMB Deposit for timer (return back the money when you return the timer after race).
h. The player who joined 3 years Carnival, their gained point will be added up; the highest will gain 30000 RMB, and 20000 RMB and 10000 RMB for the second and the third.
i. Every player who has finished the race could gain a prize for finishing the race.

D、Pre-registration

2、Please leave your personal phone number so that it would be easier to notice you the information about admit and race.
3、Race insurance will be handled by carnival committee.
4、Registration Deadline is Sep 3rd .
5、Registration Fee is 30 RMB each（including number brand/ fabric and insurance and so forth）.
E、Race Equipment
All the bike and equipment should fit the rule (hamlet is required).
Every bike shouldn’t have any non-human moving, moving-assist equipment; Foot-support, Mud- scraper, Back-frame, lock and so forth should be removed during the race.
Mountain bike: the width of the tire should not less than 1.95.
F、Referees and the Competition Rules
The latest rule which is made from Chinese Cycling Association will be applied during the race.
G、Registration
Registration Time is Sep 11th, and the race will be holed in the morning on Sep 12th. All your cost to attempt the race should be charged by yourself, if anyone who needs Carnival Committee to arrange for you should tell us before your registration (3 stars hotel 120 RMB / standard room).
