2010 Trek Shanghai Bike Race Plans

全年8场比赛（时间另行公布）
The season to be composed of 8 races (exact timing to be separately announced)

A．赛事规则Race Principles：
一、新的变化 Changes for 2010：
1．A B 组的升、降级制度 Specific requirements for changing A/B categories
2．C组为公路组，保留MTB组 A new Category C for road bikes only, retain separate Category MTB
3．今年比赛冲刺圈设定为Sprint laps are as follows：
A组--比赛开始的第2圈及第3圈，记录第2圈及第3圈完成到达的名次，获得冲刺分 Category A: the second and third lap of the race
B组--比赛开始的第2圈，记录第2圈完成到达的名次，获得冲刺分 Category B: the second lap only
C组和MTB组没有冲刺圈 Categories C and MTB: no sprint points
4．新的积分制度 New categories
5．增加冲刺绿衫 Green jersey for leading Sprinter
6．赛后抽奖 Lucky draw after the race

二、注意事项 Items of note：
1．A组没有公开报名 Category A limited entrance, based on past results
2．没有单独女子组，女子组可报名在A、B、C、MTB组内 Female riders should ride in the Category appropriate for their skill level, that we let Female riders in Category A also, if they have the ability
3．比赛中不得混组跟骑，否则取消跟骑者成绩 If different categories are racing together, cannot draft on other categories
4．小轮车，折叠车只可报名MTB组，但不可参加山地赛道的比赛 Small wheeled bicycles and folding bicycles can join Category MTB but cannot only for on-road races
5．比赛中不得使用任何对讲系统，不得使用IPOD/MP3等音响设备，违反者取消成绩 During the races, all electronic devices are banned, including walkie-talkies, IPOD, MP3, etc
6．个人注册无队伍的，只能在5月31日以后加入其他车队 If an individual registers without a team, he/she can join a team only through May 31 (but is welcome to continue racing without a team)
7．同一组别内的车队注册人数至少4人，最多8人A team should have a minimum of 4 riders, a maximum of 8 riders
8．所有组别一旦进入当年内不得更改There should be no changing of Categories during the year
9．所有队伍必须穿统一服装，否则不计入该车队成绩内All team riders must wear the same clothes, otherwise results will not be counted for the team
10．比赛跟领奖必须穿同一队伍服装Winners must wear the same clothes for the award ceremony as in the race
11．比赛中中立圈只有一次机会，只能在赛程前半程内Only during the first half of the race, riders may take a maximum of one lap off due to mechanical problems, and then rejoin the race
12．只能在允许的比赛，指定的圈数内进行补水Water should be replenished only in accordance with rules announced for that race
13．危险动作及不文明的行为将会受到处罚Dangerous and uncivilized behavior shall be subject to appropriate action

三、摄影摄像须知 Notice for Photographers：
1．为保障选手安全，只有受到允许的摄影师可以进入赛道内拍摄照片，摄影师不得干扰及影响比赛。For the safety of the riders, only officially allowed photographers are allowed on the race course, and they must not impact the race or its safety
2．在比赛中，观众可以基于个人娱乐目的在赛场边使用摄影、摄像器材进行私人摄影和摄像，不得进入赛道内拍摄及干扰比赛。但所拍摄和摄录的内容未经联赛组织方事先书面许可，不能用于任何形式的公开广告或展示或上述个人娱乐目的以外的其他用途。Others may take photographs for their own enjoyment and use but may not enter the course itself.
Further, such photos should not be used for any commercial use without written permission.
3．观众参观比赛即表示同意并接受活动机构拍摄制作任何活动内动静态人物或物体的照片或影片（包括但不限于观众）；允许活动机构在媒体以活动转播或活动宣传、推广目的使用这些照片、影片、录音带或其他肖像物品。All participants accept that the official photographs may be used by the organizers for promotional and other commercial and non-commercial purposes.

B．组别积分说明 Categories：
一、组别设置 Categories：
A组—保留去年参加A组报名者的参赛资格，能完成每小时38公里以上水平，单场比赛距离60-100KM（除外地特殊参赛者外和去年有注册记录的参赛者外，A组没有公开自由报名的权利，必须从B组晋级），年度平均成绩相当于最低单场比赛分数的则在下一年降入B组Category A is comprised of those who participated in Category A last year (with the exception of people coming from outside Shanghai and those promoted).
They should be able to sustain an average pace of 38 KPH, and the races will generally be 60 to 100 km.
The top Category B racers will be promoted to Category A for the subsequent year.

B组 ---能完成每小时33公里以上水平，单场比赛距离40-60KM
上一年度B组年度积分超过1000分以上自动升级到A组，本年度内不可再参加B组任何比赛，否则没有成绩Category B is for those who can sustain an average pace of 33 KPH, with races typically 40 to 60 km.
The Category B racers with over 1000 points in 2009 will be promoted to Category A and are not eligible to continue racing in Category B.

C组—适合初级公路车爱好者，能完成每小时25KM以上水平，单场比赛距离20-30KM Category C is for new racers, who should be able to maintain an average speed of at least 25 KPH.
Races will typically be 20 to 30 km.

MTB组—继续保留，全年8场比赛中只有6场会有MTB组的比赛，另外会有2场山地赛道的比赛将会把积分算进年度总积分内.
Category MTB will be retained as a separate category, with 6 races held together with the road races plus two separate races, for a total of 8 races.

二、个人积分Scoring：
注意：取个人成绩最好的6场作为总成绩（前6场分数累计，从第7场开始扣除1场最差成绩，第8场扣2场计算）Note: the annual score will be based on the top 6 individual scores for the year
个人积分累计最高者穿着黄衫，冲刺积分累计最高者穿着绿衫The rider with the highest cumulative score will earn the yellow jersey, to be worn in the subsequent race; the rider with the most sprint points will earn the green jersey, to be worn in the subsequent race.
只有A组和B组才有黄衫和绿衫荣誉Only Category A and B will have yellow and green jerseys.

A，B组取前20名Category A and B will have points for the top 20 finishers as follows:

C，MTB组取前15名Category C and MTB will have points for the top 15 finishers as follows：

三、冲刺圈积分 Sprint lap points：
取前五名分别获得积分： Top five finishers shall receive 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 point,

四、车队积分 Teams：
车队成绩需满足以下条件Team scoring is as follows:
车队成绩计算：以成绩最好的3人分数相加（如果同一队只有2人参加比赛则没有车队成绩）
单场积分The team ranking is based on the top 3 finishers for each team (if only two riders finish, then the top 2 scores will be taken)
取前三名分别获得：5，4，3分，其他队伍均获得1分The top three teams shall receive 5, 4, and 3 points, respectively, and all other teams shall receive 1 point.

同分情况认定：如遇到同分情况则按照谁获得第一场次多认定（如再发生平分则依次类推比较获得第二名场次数量）In the case of a tie, the first tie breaker is results in head-to-head competition, followed by the number of first place finishes, the number of second place finishes, etc.
