[综合] [求助]又抽筋了, 是不是因为不适应自锁啊?

小腿后面的腓肠肌没有得到充分的锻炼,自琐鞋在骑行过程中,不能随意调整着力点,所以总是使用相同部位腓肠肌,这样的话,时间长了,就会抽筋,只要把小腿锻炼一下,就好了,可以跑步或提脚跟.

热身要充分,还有不要拼命发力往下蹬,否则腓肠肌的压力就很大;让蹬踏尽量圆滑

还是先降低运动强度吧,或者跟我后面,肯定不会抽筋。[em04]

自锁片前后调到大拇指骨为脚踏着力点, 脚踏水平时将座位前后调到小腿垂直,膝盖不超过脚踏着力点。

附一段文字,希望有所帮助:

For & Aft Positioning - For fore/aft, there are many schools of thought about exactly where the cleat should be positioned and there is no definitive answer. The old rule was that the cleat should be positioned such that the ball of your foot is centered over the pedal. New thought has it either slightly in front or behind the ball of the foot depending on shoe size. The main point is to experiment with your cleat position, making minor changes each time. I would recommend that you invest in a visit to a really good bike fit person. Incorrectly placed cleats can lead to horrific pain and life long injury. But a good fit set you up with a more efficient pedal stroke and a future of cycling enjoyment. Go to our page about Bike Fit Seat Fore/Aft Position Adjustment: Make sure the bike is level on the trainer. Then hop on and pedal a bit to warm up the muscles. Stop pedaling with one foot at three o’clock. Have your assistant level the crank arm and the pedal. Maintain that position while your helper holds a plumb line (a thread with a nut on the end works fine) against the indentation just beneath the bone that’s below your kneecap. Adjust the seat fore and aft on the rails until the plumb line bisects the pedal axle. Make sure your knee is not in front of the center of the pedal when the forward leg is at 3 o'clock. How to do it: Loosen the same bolt used to angle the seat (see Seat Angle section).
