Its the UK Sports Institute Bike - a custom designed and made (in the UK) bike that is only available to members of the UK Olympic Program. The same frame is also used by the UK track riders. It is reckoned that factoring in research and development, the frames cost GBP26,000 each, and that even if they were made in sufficient numbers to be available to the public the cost would still be in the order of GBP10,000 to buy.
