Time Trial - 21st April 2007
计时赛－2007- 4-21精彩开赛

Time to dust off those aero wheels; dig out the old skin suit; oil the chain; all to see if all that winter training & motivational DVD watching has been worthwhile!
快擦亮你的爱车，披上战袍，蓄势待发，让我们拭目以待，经过冬季训练及DVD资料学习，你的表现是否更加精彩！

1.    Race timing: Saturday, April 21, 2007, from 6:30 am to 10:30 am
比赛时间：2007年4月21日，星期六，上午6:30到上午10:30

Puxi / Pudong meeting time - 浦西/浦东集合时间:    6:30 - 7:20
Arrival at race course - 到达比赛场地:    7:40
Registration - NO race Day registration - 比赛报名-不接受现场报名:    7:40 - 8:00
Warm up - 热身:    8:00 - 8.20
Race briefing & instructions - 赛前简报&说明:    8:20 - 8:30
Category A,B,MTB & Women’s race -A组B组比赛，MTB&女子赛: 8:30 - 9:45

a)    Registration fee is - 参赛报名费：
i.    Cat A = RMB20;      - A组每人20元人民币
ii.    Cat B & MTB = RMB10; - B组&山地组每人10元人民币
iii.    Cat W = Free.          - 女子组免费
Fee is payable at the race during sign-in - 可在比赛签到时付费
b)    All Grades will race together, - 所有组别同时进行比赛
c)    Start order will be: Women; MTB; B; A , - slower riders start first
比赛次序依次为：女子组；山地组；B组；A组 – 骑速较慢者先出发
d)    If enough interest on the day we will consider a 4 person Teams Time Trial
比赛当日有可能进行4人团队计时赛，视具体情况而定
Results calculation - 成绩统计    9: 45 - 10:00
Awards ceremony - 颁奖仪式:    10:15 - 10:30

Note: if TTT is run timetable will be altered to fit back.
注意：如进行团队计时赛，日程表将会相应有所变更。
Note: If rain delay will reschedule to Sunday 22 April 2007.

2.    Meeting Location - 集合地点
Puxi: Intersection of Huaihai Road and Fuxing West Road
浦西：淮海路复兴西路口

Pudong: German Centre Long Dong Ave (opposite Tomson Golf & residential compound)
浦东：龙东大道德国中心（汤臣高尔夫球场对面）

3.    Race Type, Location and Route - 比赛类型，地点和线路
NOTE: No Race day Registration - 注意：不接受现场报名
Race type:    Time trial - 比赛类型：计时赛
Location:    Zhang Jiang. - 比赛地点：张江
Race route -比赛路线：★丹桂路—→芳春路－→祖冲之路－→申江路

                                 芳春路←—祖冲之路←—张东路←—金秋路
•    Out and back Circuit - 先向外绕圈后原路返回（参照路线图）
•    1 lap = 6.3 km - 1圈 = 6.3 公里
•    Cat A 4 laps - A组4圈（至少）
•    Cat B 3 laps - B组3圈（至少）
•    MTB 2 Laps - 山地组2圈
•    Women 1 Lap - 女子组1圈
•    Start intervals 30 seconds - 每隔30秒出发一个人
•    Slower riders will start first - 骑速较慢者先出发
•    No drafting, 1 warning then 30 second penalty for each warning
•    不准跟骑，一经发现将警告一次，并处以30秒的暂停惩罚
•    If TTT is run, 4 person team, 2 laps 12.6 km, 1 minute start interval
•    如果进行团队计时赛，请按照：每组4人，2圈共计12.6公里，每隔 1分钟出发一名队员

1.    First time participants need to complete the following registration form.  Note that registration information may be shared with race sponsors.  A signed waiver will be required at the race course, which will remain in effect for all 2007 races.
首次报名的参赛者须完整填写下列表格。请注意：报名信息可能会被提供给赞助商。在比赛日须签署一张免责声明，该声明将在2007赛季全部的比赛中具有效力。

2.    Please email registration forms to Kaiyuan at shbikerace@gmail.com 要参加比赛的选手须以电子邮件形式提交报名表，请寄给王开元，电邮地址为shbikerace@gmail.com

3.    Registration forms must be received by midnight Wednesday April 18th. Race day registration will not be accepted.
报名截止时间为4月18日星期三半夜12点整。本次比赛不接受现场报名。

a)    Registration fee Registration fee is
i.    Cat A RMB20;
ii.    Cat B & MTB RMB10;
iii.    Cat W free.
Fee is payable at the race sign-in
报名费用为：A组选手每人20元人民币，B组,山地组的选手每人10元人民币，女子组免费。可在比赛签到时付费。

All participants must sign the following form prior to participation.  Copies of the form will be available at the race site for review and signature.
所有参赛者须在参赛前签署下列表格。赛场将提供该表的复印件供阅读和签署。
Waiver, Release and Consent - 同意免责/放弃追究权利声明
In consideration of the acceptance for entry in FHL Shanghai bicycle races, I make the following representations and agreements -仅考虑同意参加上海联赛，我做出以下声明并遵守如下约定：
    I agree to wear a helmet while riding in this event. 我同意在比赛中佩戴头盔。
    I fully realize the dangers of participating in a bicycle event and fully assume the risks associated with such participation including by way of example: the dangers of collision with pedestrians, vehicles, other participants and fixed or moving objects; the dangers arising from surface hazards, equipment failure, inadequate safety equipment and weather conditions; and the possibility of serious injury. 我完全认识到参加自行车比赛的危险，并且愿意承担参加比赛所可能带来的风险，例如：与行人、机动车、其他参赛者和正在移动或是静止的物体相撞；由道路状况、器材装备的故障、安全装备的不足和天气原因引起的危险；以及因此可能造成的严重伤害。
    I agree to waive, release and discharge any and all liability against race organizers or anyone else associated with this event, for both physical and property damage. 如遇人身和财产损失，我同意放弃追究比赛组委会或任何与比赛有关人员的任何和所有的责任。
    I agree it is my sole responsibility to be familiar with the event course, and all rules and regulations of the event.  I understand and agree unexpected or dangerous situations may arise during the event, and I must act in a manner neither endanger myself nor others.  I accept responsibility for the condition and adequacy of my equipment.  I have no physical or medical condition which, to my knowledge, would endanger myself or others if I participate in this event, or would interfere with my ability to participate in this event. 我同意：熟悉比赛场地、所有比赛规则和法规是我个人的责任。我理解并同意在比赛时可能会有意外或危险发生，且我一定不会做出伤害自己或他人的举动。我同意对我自己的装备器材之维护保养和准备负责。据我所知，我没有生理或健康方面的问题，如果参赛，不会因此危害到我自己和他人的安全，也不会因此影响我参加比赛的能力
    This is an unofficial event and I understand that no insurance of any kind is provided.  Should I desire insurance, I will purchase it myself, which in no way creates any liability on behalf of the race organizers.  这是一项非正式的赛事，我了解比赛不提供任何形式的保险。如果我需要保险，我将自行购买，从而不会要求比赛的组织者承担任何责任。
This declaration shall remain in effect for the entire 2007 season or until revoked in writing by the participant.
