  2006 Shanghai Bicycle Race #5 - 上海自行车联赛第五场
Trek Cup II – Individual and Team Time Trial
TREK杯第二站: 个人计时赛和团计时赛

1.    Race timing: Saturday, August 19th, 2006   (next race will be September 16th)
比赛时间：2006年8月19日，星期六    (下一场比赛时间9月16日)
Puxi / Pudong meeting time - 浦西/浦东集合时间:    6:30 / 7:20 am
Arrival at race course - 到达比赛场地:    8:20 am
Sign-in – 比赛签到:    8:20 am – 8:50 am
Individual time trial – 个人计时赛:     9:00 am – 10:30 am
Category A race – A组比赛:    10:50 am – 11:35 am
Awards ceremony - 颁奖仪式:    11:45 am – 12:00 am

In case of rain, race will be delayed to following day, Sunday August 20h.  Please prepare your own food and snack if necessary.  如遇下雨，比赛将推迟至8月20日，星期天。如有必要，请自备食品和点心。

2.    Meeting Location & Transportation - 集合地点与交通
Puxi: Intersection of Huaihai Road and Fuxing West Road. 浦西：淮海路复兴西路口
Pudong: Meet at the Maglev Station, Long Yang Road, Pudong (Outside the Metro Line 2 Longyang Road Station, opposite the Decathlon Store).  浦东：龙阳路磁悬浮车站（地铁龙阳路站外，迪卡侬花木店对面）
Bus transportation available (for both the riders and their bikes), please pre-register for bus.  Fee for bus RMB _10_. 可提供搭车（车手及其自行车），必须提前报名，交通费每人＿10＿元。

3.    Race Type, Location and Route - 比赛类型，地点和线路
Race type:    Individual time trial and team time trial. 比赛类型：个人计时赛含团计时赛
Race Site: Pudong Airport Road, between the airport and the ocean.  From Longdong Road, turn right on Yuandong Road.  Continue south until Airport Road; going on the overpass, turn left (east) and continue until the end of the road, at the ocean. 比赛地点: 浦东国际机场，　在机场跟东海中间．　走龙东大道到远东大道，右转。走到机场大道，过了立交桥左转。一直走到路的终点，在海边。
    Individual time trial: 2 laps, each lap 15 km, total 30 km.  Racers will start in 30 second intervals.  NO DRAFTING IS ALLOWED.  A 30 second time penalty will be assessed to each occurrence of drafting, and the organizers have the option of disqualifying the rider.  No sprinters points. 个人计时赛：２圈，每圈15公里，总共30 公里。每隔30秒出发一个人。不准跟骑，如果发现跟骑，会加30秒的惩罚，还有可能让参加者停止比赛。
    Team time trial: 1 lap, total 15 km.  Four riders per team, drafting is allowed within the team only.  The team time will be recorded as the time of the third racer to cross the finish line.　团队计时赛：１圈，总共15 公里。　每队要四个人，第三个人的结束时间算作为团队的成绩。
    Category C, B, and A racers will all race simultaneously, with separate scoring by category.　Ｃ，Ｂ和Ａ组同时比赛。仍按照组别计分。

Registration - 报名注册  
1.    First time participants need to complete the following registration form.  Note that registration information may be shared with race sponsors.  A signed waiver will be required at the date of race, which will remain in effect for all 2006 races. 首次报名的参赛者须完整填写下列表格。请注意：报名信息可能会被提供给赞助商。在比赛日须签署一张免责声明，该声明将在2006赛季全部的比赛中具有效力。
2.    Items in BOLD must be filled to be an effective registration. 下面粗体字标注的项目为必填项，否则注册视为无效。
3.    First time participants should email registration forms to Kaiyuan at wangkaiyuan@gmail.com

4.    Repeat participants should register via email with their names and assigned number.
再次参赛的选手（以前已经提交过报名表）须通过电子邮件提交其姓名和前次参赛的号码。

5.    All riders who wish to join the team time trial must also complete the following: 打算参加团队计时赛的车手必须填写下面的表格

6.    Registration forms must be received by midnight August 17th.  Registration at the race will not be accepted.  报名截止时间为8月17日午夜。本次比赛不接受现场报名。
7.    Registration fee is RMB20 (twenty) for Cat A racers, and RMB10 (ten) for Cat B & C racers, which is payable at the race during sign-in.  报名费用为：A组选手每人20元人民币，B组和C组选手每人10元人民币。可在比赛签到时付费。
