2006 Shanghai Bicycle Race #4: The Blue Frog Criterium Classic
上海自行车联赛第四场: 蓝蛙经典杯自行车绕圈赛

1.Race timing: Saturday, July 15th, 2006  
比赛时间：2006年7月15日，星期六
Puxi / Pudong meeting time - 浦西/浦东集合时间:    6:30 / 7:20 am
Arrival at race course - 到达比赛场地:    7:50 am
Sign-in – 比赛签到:    7:50 am. – 8:30 am
Category B race - B组比赛:   8:45 am – 9:30 am
Category A race – A组比赛:    9:45 am – 11:00 am
Awards ceremony - 颁奖仪式:    11:10 am – 11:30 am

In case of rain, race will be delayed to following day, Sunday July 16th.
如遇下雨，比赛将推迟至7月16日，星期天。
Delay due to weather will be announced on July 14th noon based on weather forecast.
由天气原因造成的比赛推迟将在7月14日中午根据天气预报公布。
Please prepare your own food and snack if necessary.
如有必要，请自备食品和点心。

2.Meeting Location & Transportation - 集合地点与交通
Puxi: Intersection of Huaihai Road and Fuxing West Road
浦西：淮海路复兴西路口
Pudong: Meet at the Maglev Station, Long Yang Road, Pudong (Outside the Metro Line 2 Longyang Road Station, opposite the Decathlon Store).
浦东：龙阳路磁悬浮车站（地铁龙阳路站外，迪卡侬花木店对面）
Race Site: Shen Jiang Road and Gu Gao Road intersection
比赛地点:申江路/顾高路路口

3.Race Type, Location and Route - 比赛类型，地点和线路
Race type:Criterium; a challenging out-and-back course with two bridge climbs per lap
比赛类型：绕圈赛
Location:    Shen Jiang Road.  From the MTR station, go east to Shen Jiang Road (the last major road before the A20 freeway).  Go left on Shen Jiang Road to the end, where the race will be held.  The location is between Jin Qiao and Wai Gao Qiao.
地点:申江路.  走龙东大道向东到申江路左转，一直走到底即到比赛场地，在金桥和外高桥之间。
Cat A:10 laps, each lap 3.3 km, total 33 km. The 3rd lap and 6th lap are the sprint laps.
A组：10圈，每圈3.3公里，总共33 公里，第三圈和第六圈为冲刺圈。
Cat B/C:    5 laps, each lap 3.3 km, total 15.5 km
B/C组：    5圈，每圈3.3公里，总共15.5公里

Registration - 报名注册  
1.First time participants need to complete the following registration form.  Note that registration information may be shared with race sponsors.  A signed waiver will be required at the date of race, which will remain in effect for all 2006 races. 首次报名的参赛者须完整填写下列表格。请注意：报名信息可能会被提供给赞助商。在比赛日须签署一张免责声明，该声明将在2006赛季全部的比赛中具有效力。
2.Items in BOLD must be filled to be an effective registration. 下面粗体字标注的项目为必填项，否则注册视为无效。
3.First time participants should email registration forms to Kaiyuan at wangkaiyuan@gmail.com
第一次参加比赛的选手须以电子邮件形式提交报名表，请寄给王开元，电邮地址为wangkaiyuan@gmail.com
4.First time participants will be automatically assigned to Category B (for male racers) or Category C (for female racers), and the race committee has the right to upgrade racers to Category A according to their performance in the previous races. 第一次参加比赛的选手将自动被归入B组（男选手）和C组（女选手），比赛组委会有权利根据选手以往的表现将其升级进入A组比赛。

5.Repeat participants should register via email with their names and assigned number.
再次参赛的选手（以前已经提交过报名表）须通过电子邮件提交其姓名和前次参赛的号码。

再次参赛的选手可以向王开元报名，电邮地址为：wangkaiyuan@gmail.com

6.Registration forms must be received by midnight July 13th.  Registration at the race will not be accepted.  报名截止时间为7月13日午夜。本次比赛不接受现场报名。

7.Registration fee is RMB20 (twenty) for Cat A racers, and RMB10 (ten) for Cat B & C racers, which is payable at the race during sign-in.  报名费用为：A组选手每人20元人民币，B组和C组选手每人10元人民币。可在比赛签到时付费。
