2014 “ OCEAN CUP”PINGTAN·CHINA INTERNATIONAL BICYCLE OPEN TOURNAMEN

一、 Time and Place
   Time: 08：30-13：00 June 8th  2014
   Place: Island Road PingTan Fujian Province
   Roll-Call Time: 07：00-08：20 June 8th  2014（Remark：It will not be accepted when over time, and will not have the  Achievement）
   Roll-Call Place: Dragon and Phoenix Waterfront Plaza
   Registration Time：From June 1th  2014 to 24:00 May 20th  2014
   (It will finish ahead of time if which group above the limit  number)
   Check in and pick up race package(number bibs and brochure etc) time :9：00-20：00 June 7th  2014

六、 Fees
Experienced Group、Elite group：RMB 80 yuan per person, multi-events is allowed (Over 2 events , please pay extra RMB 20 yuan of each additional event for the cost of competition supplies. Just one souvenir.Each player will obtain a souvenir which includes: basis competition insurance, a number marker, a number band, one souvenir shirt valued RMB 298 yuan, one environmental protection souvenir knapsack valued RMB 68 yuan, one bottle of drink, one handbook for the competition, etc.

七、Registration Time：From June 1th 2014 to 24:00 May 20th 2014 (It will finish ahead of time if which group above the limit number)

Participating methods
1、 The office website:http://www.hycycling.com/ Register and pay on line.Don’t register repeatedly.
2、Information of register confirm will be announced on May 28TH
3、The office website of the Tournamet : http://www.hycycling.com/
Remark :Tournamet will not accept and register and pay on-site,.All player pay the entry fee before the deadline , or you will be considered as abandon the race.Final interpretation belong Organizing Committee.

      All the bicyclists except who are natives of Pingtan will be provided a one-night accommodation for free(June 7th).If any of the non-contestants need assist of arrangement for your accommodation, please contact the organizing committee in advance or make your own arrangements.
3、The route of the tournament bus:
      Changle Airport——Pingtan（From 09:00 to 18:00, every 3 hours one time, in  June 7th ）
      Fuzhou Sourth Station——Pingta(High Speed Rail Station)——（From 09:00 to 18:00, every 2 hours one time, in  June 7th ）
      Fuzhou Railway  Station——Pingta——（From 09:00 to 18:00, every 2 hours one time, in  June 7th ）
