The inspection result depends on the liability and efficiency of the materials being tested, together with the status of samples and their matching relations with the applied testing system. Management to such materials in the laboratory will be continued throughout the testing process, as the efficient management and control to such materials are directly connected with the quality of inspection/testing. SHQP023 (Treatment and management to the tested materials) is issued to conduct the transaction, delivery, storage, disposal and identification activities for such materials. In this way, any decay, deterioration, loss or damage to such materials during the process of testing is avoided and the integrality and safety are maintained.
