重点强调安全。禁止在比赛中使用各类随身听、mp3、I-Pod等音乐设备。 Increased emphasis on safety, including strict prohibition on use of all personal communication devices. No I-Pods, MP3s or other musical instruments are allowed.

允许组队参赛。每支队伍通常由4-7名车手组成，车队排名将由队中前三名队员的积分决定。Teams will be allowed.  Teams will typically have 4 to 7 riders, and team rankings will be kept based on the total points of the first three team members.

起点山地联赛中的一场比赛积分将会被记入上海联赛的全年总积分中。Points from one of the regular Bikehome Mountain Bike Races will be included in the annual point total.

1           Statement of Purpose

目标

In order to further the enjoyment of bicycle riding and bicycle racing in the Shanghai area, FHL will continue to host a series of bicycle races.  All females and males of good health and of various bicycling ability and encourage development of bicycling skills and tactics.

为了进一步扩大上海地区的自行车骑行活动和比赛，飞毛腿将继续举办一系列自行车比赛。欢迎所有身体健康的车友，无论性别和骑行水平，前来参加，以提高骑行水平和技巧。

Continuing the cooperative relationship from 2006, Bikehome will be the organization partner of FHL and be responsible for coordinating the volunteers and race day execution.

上海起点将继续2006和飞毛腿的合作关系,负责组织志愿者和比赛当天的工作.

2         Schedule of Races

比赛安排

2.1         The following race schedule is tentative and may be changed by the race organizers.

以下比赛安排为暂定，可能会由比赛组织者更改。

2.2         Each race will be individually announced generally 10 to 14 days in advance.

每场比赛将10至14天前发布公告。

2.3         In the case of inclement weather, races scheduled for Saturday will be postponed to Sunday.  Races scheduled for Sunday will be may postponed to the following Saturday, subject to announcement confirming the change.

如遇天气不佳，原定周六的比赛将被推迟到周日，原定周日的比赛将被推迟到下个周六，更改以公告为准。

2.4         The gathering time and locations for each race will be announced in conjunction with each race.  In general the gathering time will be between 6:00 am and 7:00 am in the city, with the races finishing between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm.

每场比赛的集合时间和地点将随比赛公告一起公布。通常情况下，集合时间在早上六点到七点间，比赛在中午十二点和下午一点间结束。

2.5         Pre-registration will be required, and generally close three days prior to the race.  No exceptions will be allowed.

比赛需要提前报名，报名通常在比赛日前三天截止。没有例外。

2.6         Races not part of the Shanghai Bicycle Race Series are included for reference only.  Dates and locations may change.

非上海联赛内的比赛仅供参考，其时间和地点可能有所变动。

3               Participants and Classifications

参赛和分组

3.1         All nationalities are welcome to join the races, regardless of residency.

欢迎所有人参加比赛，无论国籍和居住地。

3.2         Both females and males are welcome

没有性别限制。

3.3         In general, the age of participants will be limited to between 18 and 60 years of age.  Exceptions will be approved by the race organizers.

通常，参赛者的年龄要求是18到60岁之间。例外情况将由比赛组织者定夺。

3.4         The racers will be divided into four groups as follows:

选手将被分为如下组别：

Ÿ           Category A: Experienced male racers who ride at a high pace on a regular basis.  It is expected that these riders would be able to ride a time trial course of 35 kilometers in less than one hour.  Road bikes required.

A组：具有经验和扎实基础的男性选手。需要具备在1个小时内完成35公里的能力。要求以公路车参赛。

Ÿ           Category B: All other male riders.  This category has a strong emphasis on having fun and building racing skills, and is appropriate for those with less time for training, inexperienced racers, and those who just want to join for the fun of racing.  Road bikes required.

B组：所有其他男性选手。该组别强调乐趣和建立骑行技术，适合训练时间较少，经验不够丰富的选手，或者是为了体验比赛乐趣的选手。要求以公路车参赛。

Ÿ           Category MTB:  Mountain bike riders of various backgrounds.

山地组：所有骑山地车的选手。

Ÿ           Category W:  All female riders.

女子组：所有女性选手

3.5         The initial race will be a time trial to help determine the placement in Category A or Category B.  Riders during registration should indicate which category they wish to be included for in the race.  Subsequent to the completion of the race, the race organizers will review the results which may result in riders being re-assigned between Category A and Category B for future races.

第一场计时赛将决定选手为A组或是B组。选手在注册的时候需要注明愿意参加的组别。最终将由比赛组织者根据计时赛成绩为选手分组。

3.6         Subsequent movement between categories is encouraged and can be initiated by either the participant or the race organizers.  All movements must be approved by the race organizers.

组别之间的变动可由选手或比赛组织者提出。所有变动将由比赛组织者做最后的认定。

3.6.1    The top three Category B riders will be encouraged to upgrade to Category A.

我们鼓励B组前三名选手升级进入A组。

3.7         New road bike riders, in principle, should be assigned to Category B but flexibility is allowed.

新进公路车选手原则上须被编入B组，但仍可根据实际情况安排。

4         Teams车队

4.1         Teams may be formed and registered, by Category.  Teams are self-formed and reported at the beginning of the season.  Each team should, in general, have 4 to 7 riders.

车队按组别报名注册。车队在赛季前自发组成并申报。每支队伍原则上须包含4到7名车手。

4.1.1    Teams should be formed as early as possible in the season.

车队须在赛季中尽快成型。在第二场比赛之后，将不允许车队再增加队员。

4.2         Each team should have a team leader.  If registered prior to the first race, the team leader will be assigned a number ending in a 1 (e.g., 01, 11, 21) and additional team members will have consecutive numbers assigned (e.g., 22, 23, 24, and 25).

车队须选出一名队长。如果第一场比赛前团队报名,队长的号码以1结尾，如：01，11，21;其余队员则使用连续的号码，如：22，23，24，25

4.3         Each team should register with a team name, which may be commercial or non-commercial in nature.

每支队伍须有队名，可以是商业性质的，也可是非商业的。

4.3.1    While many of the teams will ride with the same jersey, there is no such requirement.

对于车队的着装没有硬性规定，不要求统一队服。

4.4         Individual results will be announced with the team name next to the rider, for affiliated riders.

对于参加车队的选手，宣布其成绩时会将其所属车队的名称加在其名字后一同宣布。

4.5         Team scores will be calculated as the total points of the top three team riders in each race.  All races will count toward the year-end championship.

每场比赛同车队成绩最好的三名车手的积分总和将作为车队积分。所有比赛的积分将累计至年末冠军赛。

4.5.1    Retroactive credit will not be given for the scores of individual team members added mid-season.

对赛季中途加入车队的车手，其先前获得的个人积分将不能加到车队积分中。

4.6         For 2008, no additional fee is required to register a team.  Donations towards the cost of running the race series are always appreciated.

2008年将不收取车队报名费。当然，欢迎对联赛的运作进行捐助！

4.7         Individual riders (not registered with any team) are still an integral part of the race series and are most certainly welcome at all races.

个人选手（没有参加任何一支车队）始终是联赛的重要组成部分，永远欢迎你们参加所有的比赛！

 

 

积分计算。全年九场比赛中，有两场将不计入总积分。总积分将取最好的7场比赛的成绩。Addition of two races, to a total of nine races in the series.  The best seven race scores will be counted for the annual results.

是的话可以去修修路了.据有些车友反映难度下降很多.既然找到片比较好的地方就好好改造下.

我的建议是开分叉的路,一半有包,一半XC.这样玩起来更爽
