let's start with your initial post, here's how you should write it:

The title: "I want to learn English from you".
You don't have to place "ing" behind "learn" in this phrase because "learning" is a 动词, it means you're performing the act of "learning" in that particular point in time. "To learn" is a 形容词, in your phrase you're expressing the interest to learn.

"I want to learning English,can you teach me? I need communicate with you!And I could teach you chinese!"

The correct grammar should be: I want to learn English, can you teach me? I need to communicate with you and i could teach you Chinese in return.

"Allow me to introduce myself!my name jinpengfei , you can call me king!my phone number is 138-1731-4638!you can call me ,and day and night!I  looking forword hear your sound!"

The correct answer should be: Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Jin Peng Fei, you can call me King! My hand phone number is 138-1731-4638! You can call me all day and night! I am looking forward to hear from you!

As the moderator of the English forum, i'd suggest you learn your English too. The correct way to phrase your answer to flyingking should be:

"First and foremost, there are grammatical errors in your post that you should look out for. Further more, i'm willing to learn with you too."

Last but not least, please DO NOT apply Chinese method of writing into your English grammar. They both are 2 totally different languages and should be treated like one.

The most common mistake for anyone learning a new language is to apply your knowledge of your native tongue to another hence creating grammatical errors.
