1           Statement of Purpose

目标

In order to further the enjoyment of bicycle riding and bicycle racing in the Shanghai area, FHL will continue to host a series of bicycle races.  All females and males of good health and of various bicycling ability and encourage development of bicycling skills and tactics.

为了进一步扩大上海地区的自行车骑行活动和比赛，飞毛腿将继续举办一系列自行车比赛。欢迎所有身体健康的车友，无论性别和骑行水平，前来参加，以提高骑行水平和技巧。

Continuing the cooperative relationship from 2006, Bikehome will be the organization partner of FHL and be responsible for coordinating the volunteers and race day execution.

上海起点将继续2006和飞毛腿的合作关系,负责组织志愿者和比赛当天的工作.

 

2         Schedule of Races

比赛安排

2.1         The following race schedule is tentative and may be changed by the race organizers.

以下比赛安排为暂定，可能会由比赛组织者更改。

2.2         Each race will be individually announced at least one week prior to the race date, preferably two weeks in advance.

每场比赛将至少提前一个星期发布公告，最多可能提前两个星期。

2.3         In the case of inclement weather, races scheduled for Saturday will be postponed to Sunday.  Races scheduled for Sunday will be may postponed to the following Saturday, subject to announcement confirming the change.

如遇天气不佳，原定周六的比赛将被推迟到周日，原定周日的比赛将被推迟到下个周六，更改以公告为准。

2.4         The gathering time and locations for each race will be announced in conjunction with each race.  In general the gathering time will be between 6:00 am and 7:00 am in the city, with the races finishing between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm.

每场比赛的集合时间和地点将随比赛公告一起公布。通常情况下，集合时间在早上六点到七点间，比赛在中午十二点和下午一点间结束。

2.5         Pre-registration will be required, and generally close three days prior to the race.

要求赛前报名，比赛日三天前结束报名。

3               Participants and Classifications

参赛和分组

3.1         All nationalities are welcome to join the races, regardless of residency.

欢迎所有人参加比赛，无论国籍和居住地。

3.2         Both females and males are welcome

没有性别限制。

3.3         In general, the age of participants will be limited to between 18 and 60 years of age.  Exceptions will be approved by the race organizers.

通常，参赛者的年龄要求是18到60岁之间。例外情况将由比赛组织者定夺。

3.4         The racers will be divided into four groups as follows:

选手将被分为如下组别：

Ÿ           Category A: Experienced male racers who ride at a high pace on a regular basis.  It is expected that these riders would be able to ride a time trial course of 35 kilometers in less than one hour.  Road bikes required.

A组：具有经验和扎实基础的男性选手。需要具备在1个小时内完成35公里的能力。要求以公路车参赛。

Ÿ           Category B: All other male riders.  This category has a strong emphasis on having fun and building racing skills, and is appropriate for those with less time for training, inexperienced racers, and those who just want to join for the fun of racing.  Road bikes required.

B组：所有其他男性选手。该组别强调乐趣和建立骑行技术，适合训练时间较少，经验不够丰富的选手，或者是为了体验比赛乐趣的选手。要求以公路车参赛。

Ÿ           Category MTB:  Mountain bike riders of various backgrounds.

山地组：所有骑山地车的选手。

Ÿ           Category W:  All female riders.

女子组：所有女性选手

3.5         Category B, Category MTB, and Category W races will be held simultaneously on the same course, with a staggered start.  Drafting is not allowed between these Categories.

B组，山地组和女子组将在同一个赛道上错开出发。三个组之间不允许跟车。

3.6         The initial race will be a time trial to help determine the placement in Category A or Category B.  Riders during registration should indicate which category they wish to be included for in the race.  Subsequent to the completion of the race, the race organizers will review the results which may result in riders being re-assigned between Category A and Category B for future races.

第一场计时赛将决定选手为A组或是B组。选手在注册的时候需要注明愿意参加的组别。最终将由比赛组织者根据计时赛成绩为选手分组。

3.7         Subsequent movement between categories is encouraged and can be initiated by either the participant or the race organizers.  All movements must be approved by the race organizers.

组别之间的变动可由选手或比赛组织者提出。所有变动将由比赛组织者做最后的认定。

3.7.1    The top three Category B riders will be encouraged to upgrade to Category A.

我们鼓励B组前三名选手升级进入A组。

3.8         New road bike riders, in principle, should be assigned to Category B but flexibility is allowed.

新进公路车选手原则上须被编入B组，但仍可根据实际情况安排。

 

4         Results

比赛结果

4.1         Results will be posted on the web as soon as practical following the race.  Results as posted by the volunteers will be considered final.

比赛结果将在赛后尽快发布在网上。由志愿者发布的比赛结果将被认为是最终结果。

4.2         For Category A only, a season champion will be determined, using the points per “Finish Points” column.  Intermediate sprints will also be announced and scored per the “Sprint Points” column.

根据“完赛积分”一栏，在A组中将会产生一个赛季总冠军。比赛冲刺点将根据“冲刺积分”一栏来计算。

5         Sponsorship and Fees

赞助和费用

5.1       Sponsorship is a key part of supporting the races.  Anyone with potential sponsorship ideas should discuss this with the FHL leadership team.

赞助是支持比赛的关键部分。任何有意赞助比赛的人应和FHL核心小组商讨。

 

6         Workers Required

6.1         Registration

6.2         Timers: 2

6.3         Spotters: 2 (working together to assist the timers identify riders and relative positions)

6.4         Road safety checkers, at intersections and other potential dangerous locations. 

道路安全员，把守路口和其他具有现在危险的地方。

6.5         Photographers.

7         Limited Liability

有限责任

7.1       The races are unofficial events and in no case do the organizers carry any liability for any event or circumstance.  There is no insurance purchased.

所有比赛为非正式比赛，比赛组织者不承担任何责任。不提供保险。

7.2       Bicycle racing is potentially a dangerous activity, and that injuries can result.  By entering the race, each participant is fully assuming the risks associated with this activity, including but not limited to the following examples: collisions with vehicles, riders, and pedestrians, or accidents arising from the conditions or obstacles on the road.  Participants further warrant that they have no medical condition that will endanger me or any other participant.  Mechanical condition and safety of each person’s bicycle is the participant’s sole responsibility.

自行车比赛是一项具有潜在危险的活动，可能会有伤害发生。参加比赛即选手已认识到这项活动可能会带来的风险，包括但不限于如下例子：与机动车、其他选手和行人相撞；由道路状况或障碍物引发的事故等。参加者须确保自身没有危及自己或他人的健康问题。选手应全权对自己使用的自行车及装备安全负责。

7.3       A waiver of liability form will be required of all participants.

所有参赛选手需要签署免责声明。

 

8         Race Rules
比赛规则

8.1       Safety first.  No action that violates this spirit or puts other racers in danger will be allowed.

安全第一。任何有违该原则或危及其他选手安全的行为将被禁止。

8.2       All traffic laws and other government rules and regulations must be obeyed at all times.

必须遵守交通法规及其他由政府制定的相关法律法规。

8.3       Helmets are required of all riders at all times in the race.

所有比赛中必须正确佩戴头盔。

8.4       Numbers will be assigned to each participant.  The participant should pin the number on his/her jersey for the duration of the race, and return the number to the race organizer after completing the race.

每个选手将收到号码牌。选手应在整个比赛过程中将号码牌别在骑行服上，并在赛后归还号码牌。

8.5       For “Category A” and “Category B” racers, only road bikes will be allowed.  For “Category MTB” racers, only mountain bikes will also be allowed.  For all categories, time trial bicycles and aero bars will be allowed only in time trial races.  Recumbent bicycles, tandems, and other bicycles will be considered non-conforming and not allowed to enter any race.

只有公路车可以参加A组和B组的比赛。只有山地车可以参加山地组比赛。对于所有组别，计时赛车只能用于计时赛。躺车、三轮车和其他种类的自行车将被视为不合规则，不允许参加任何比赛。

8.6       Proper maintenance of the bicycle and safety rests solely on the participant.  Any bicycle found to be in non-safe condition will not be allowed to enter the race.

参赛选手全权对车辆的正确保养和安全负责。如发现状况不佳危及安全的自行车，将不允许其参赛。

8.7       Drafting within each category is allowed in all races with the exception of time trials.  For criterium or lap races, lapped riders may continue riding but may not draft riders who have lapped them.  Riders who have been lapped three times should withdraw from the race.

除计时赛外，所有比赛均允许跟车。在绕圈赛中，被套圈的选手可以继续比赛，但不能跟骑超过他们的选手。被套圈三次应退出比赛。

8.8       Disqualification or time penalties will be performed at the sole discretion of the race volunteers.

除名或罚时将由比赛志愿者作出判罚。
