  2006 STC SWIM Race Series

2006 STC Swim Race Plan

  Welcome to the new STC (SMIC Triathlon Club) swim race in this August! Improve your self-confidence, physical fitness, swiming abilities, and meet new friends! All exercise enthusiasts are welcome to participate!
1st race is scheduled on Aug 5th , at SMIC Swimming Pool Register now!
General Information:
-Race Schedule (tentative): The 1st Saturday of Month .
-Race Day Schedule (tentative):
  6:00-6:30AM: Registration confirmation
  6:40AM: Race start
  8:00AM : Finish
-Race Venue: SMIC Gym Swimming Pool.
-Distance: 400M of mandatory and 1,000m of optional race.
-Registration: Monday-Thursday before the race day.
  Send an email with estimated personal race time and pay registration fee to: Helios_Kim@smics.com, Sunny_He@smics.com.
-Registration Fee: 10RMB/each to cover the cost for race expense (materials and water/snack).
-Record Taking: will use stopwatches to record time. Race participants will be divided into two groups based on estimated finish time or past race records and rotate the racer/supporter roles. All finishers will receive a race completion certificate with race time and rank.

欢迎加入到新一轮的 STC (SMIC三项运动俱乐部) 游泳比赛，旨在通过比赛建立你的自信，改善体能状态，提高游泳能力，结交新的朋友。再次欢迎所有的体育运动爱好者的加入！
第一届 STC 游泳比赛将于2006年8月5日在SMIC体育中心游泳池举行
细则：
比赛日期（暂定）：
每月的第一个星期六。
比赛时间（暂定）：
AM 6:00 - 6:30 签到
AM 6:40 - 比赛开始
AM 8:00 - 比赛结束
集合地点：
SMIC 体育中心游泳池
比赛距离：
400M（必选）；附加赛1000M（可选）
如何报名：
时间：:当月赛事开始那周的：星期一至星期四
方式：评估你个人完成比赛所需时间，发邮件把此信息给Helios_Kim@smics.com, Sunny_He@smics.com 并交纳比赛费用给以上某位联系人。
费用：每人10RMB（用于购买矿泉水/运动饮料、能量小食品和其他赛事用品）
赛事收入：
用于购买运动秒表（记录大家跑步成绩），公路安全提醒牌（安全考虑），参赛运动员胸前号码簿（运动员会被分成两个组别，分组依据是你报名时提交的比赛评估成绩或你参赛后实际的比赛成绩）。所有的完成者将获得一份记录你的比赛成绩的证书。
