In case of rain, race will be delayed to following day, Sunday September 17h. In case of rain on Sunday September 17th race will be delayed until October. Please prepare your own water, electrolytes, food and snack if necessary.  

2.Meeting Location & Transportation - 集合地点与交通
Puxi: Intersection of Huaihai Road and Fuxing West Road. 浦西：淮海路复兴西路口
Pudong: Meet at the Maglev Station, Long Yang Road, Pudong (Outside the Metro Line 2 Longyang Road Station, opposite the Decathlon Store).  浦东：龙阳路磁悬浮车站（地铁龙阳路站外，迪卡侬花木店对面）

3.Race Type, Location and Route - 比赛类型，地点和线路
Race type:    Criterium
Race Site:  Pudong area, final decision on location will be announced on Wednesday September 13th.
Race duration:        1 hour + 1 lap
           Lap distance 1.9 to 2.1 km depending on final location decision

4.Registration - 报名注册  
1.Only FHL members 2006 will be allowed to enter this race. The FHL Club Championship 2006 does not count for the 2006 Shanghai racing season organized by FHL and Bike Home.
For FHL member 2006 definition see 4.7.
2.All participants need to complete the following registration form. (see next page item 4.5)
3.A signed waiver will be required at the date of race, which will remain in effect for all 2006 races organized by FHL.
4.All participants should register by e-mail to Herman Verhoeven not later then Tuesday September 12th 12pm. at herman.verhoeven@bayermaterialscience.com . Note that all participants should include the registration form mentioned in 4.5. with their e-mail registration. Racers that will join the award ceremony at Longdong Avenue #1 Tomson Golf Villa No. N2 need to mention this in the registration form (also to be stipulated if partner will join). Same applies for the dinner.
Dinner venue will be announced later.

6.Registration fee is RMB20 (twenty) for Criterium and RMB20 for bike skill test.

7.Definition of FHL member 2006: Each rider that is registered on FlyingHairyLegs@Yahoo.com before September 12th 2006 12pm and has taken part in at least one FHL training ride in the period January 1st 2006 until September 12th 2006..  

Race regulation:

•Criterium as well as bike skill test will equally contribute to the final result for 2006 FHL club champion.
•For criterium the fastest person wins, second fastest in second place etc.
Racers that get lapped do not receive any points for the criterium race.
•For bike skill test, the slowest person wins, longest time first place, second longest time second place, etc.
•In case of a draw the criterium winner will be the champion.

In consideration of the acceptance for entry in Shanghai bicycle races, I make the following representations and agreements -仅考虑同意参加上海联赛，我做出以下声明并遵守如下约定：
    I agree to wear a helmet while riding in this event. 我同意在比赛中佩戴头盔。
    I fully realize the dangers of participating in a bicycle event and fully assume the risks associated with such participation including by way of example: the dangers of collision with pedestrians, vehicles, other participants and fixed or moving objects; the dangers arising from surface hazards, equipment failure, inadequate safety equipment and weather conditions; and the possibility of serious injury. 我完全认识到参加自行车比赛的危险，并且愿意承担参加比赛所可能带来的风险，例如：与行人、机动车、其他参赛者和正在移动或是静止的物体相撞；由道路状况、器材装备的故障、安全装备的不足和天气原因引起的危险；以及因此可能造成的严重伤害。

    This is an unofficial event and I understand that no insurance of any kind is provided.  Should I desire insurance, I will purchase it myself, which in no way creates any liability on behalf of the race organizers.  这是一项非正式的赛事，我了解比赛不提供任何形式的保险。如果我需要保险，我将自行购买，从而不会要求比赛的组织者承担任何责任。

This declaration shall remain in effect for the entire 2006 season or until revoked in writing by the participant.
