真的越来越喜欢骑车了,不过觉得骑车时间长了也会有一定的伤害,具体有哪些呢?有什么好的防范措施么?

如果不注意的话

膝盖,颈椎,腰部,还有性功能都会受影响

防范措施?注意姿势,及时放松,节制骑车,好了

骑车会上瘾的,所以还是控制自己的好。

注意热身。

腰,脖子,手,脚,膝盖 都容易伤

最近也有上瘾状态。但,节制。。。。。。姿势要正确,车架尺寸要适合自己。呵呵。

KneePain

PatellofemoralPain Syndrome
This term usually refers to pain under and around the knee cap It is alsocalled "Runner's Knee."
Chondromalacia
This term refers to softening and deterioration of the underside of thekneecap. In young athletes this is typically an injury from trauma, overuse,poor alignment of the knee joint, or muscle imbalance.
