dude... you need to invest in 3 things; 1) winter mitts (gloves)... they keep your fingers from freezing over and overall body temperature under control. 2) Base clothing... those worn under your jerseys to keep core body temp up... these base layers are expensive so most of us go for the 3rd option.... 3) Windproof jacket. This baby can really keep you warm as it keeps cold air out... nothing is worse than having cold air seep under your sweaty jersey which brings down core body temp faster than Paris Hilton can go down on someone! last but not least... a pair of thick socks... a lot of ppl don't realise they lose body heat from their feet while riding.作者: 幽灵 时间: 2008-1-1 16:32
