Special items for your attention
请您特别注意以下事项
l The winner of each race will receive a Shimano cycling jersey and free transportation / entry to the Shimano Festival in Nanjing to be held July 8. 每组的第一名会有Shimano的衣服,还可以到南京参加车迷节（7月8日），免报名和车旅费。
l Entry gifts will be given to all participants and volunteers每个报名者可以有一份小礼品赠送; 另有志愿者提供每人一件T恤衫和一份小礼品
l Safety is almost most important in all our races. Please pay particular attention to group riding, particularly braking and impacting the safety of others while at the front of the peleton. 安全是最重要。在大组比赛中要特别注意控制刹车的使用，避免造成相互碰撞
l To help with recording the finish, we will be trying a new procedure at this race. After finishing the race, continue for another 200 meters to a second set of volunteers, who will record your race number and place. Failure to do so may result in your finish not being accurately recorded. 我们这次比赛会要试试一个新的做法. 比赛完了之后继续骑200米到第二群志愿者; 他们会写下你的号码跟排名. 如果你没有到他们那里,你的成绩不一定是对的.
1. Race timing:
比赛时间：2007年6月16日，星期六
l Meet at Maglev station for bus transport在磁悬浮搭车 6:45 A.M.
l Arrival at race course - 到达比赛场地: 7:45 A.M.
l Sign-in – 比赛签到: 7:45 A.M. – 8:
l Category B & MTB race - B组和山地组比赛: 8:45 A.M. – 10:00 A.M.
- “B” race starts first, followed 2 minutes later by the “MTB” race
- B组先开始，山地组2分钟后出发
l Category A & W race - A组和W组比赛 10:30 A.M. – 12:15 P.M.
- “A” race starts first, followed 2 minutes later by the “W” race
- A组先出发，女子组2分钟后出发
l Awards ceremony - 颁奖仪式: 12:15 P.M. – 12:45 P.M.
In case of rain, race will be delayed to following day… Sunday, June 17th.
如遇下雨，比赛将推迟至6月17日，星期天。
Delay due to weather will be announced on June 15th noon based on weather forecast.
由天气原因造成的比赛推迟将在6月15日中午根据天气预报公布。
2. Meeting Location & Transportation - 集合地点与交通

Please arrive early to allow for loading bicycles. Transportation fee is RMB10/per person. The transportation fee will be collected in the bus. 请提早到达以便装载自行车。费用为每人10元人民币。费用在车上收取。

1. Race Type, Location and Route - 比赛类型，地点和线路
Race type: Criterium
比赛类型：绕圈赛
Location:
地点：南汇区，临港新城，滴水湖
Ÿ Cat A: 7 laps, each lap 8.5 km, total 59 km. The 2nd lap and 5th lap are the sprint laps.
A组： 7圈，每圈8.5公里，总共59 公里，第二圈和第五圈为冲刺圈。
Ÿ Cat B: 4 laps, each lap 8.5 km, total 34 km. The 2nd lap is a sprint lap.
B组： 4圈，每圈8.5公里，总共34公里，第二圈为冲刺圈。
Ÿ Cat MTB: 3 laps, each lap 8.5 km, total 25 km. The 1st lap is a the sprint lap.
山地组： 3圈，每圈8.5公里，总共25公里，第一圈为冲刺圈。
Ÿ Cat W: 1 lap, each lap 8.5 km, total 8.5 km.
女子组： 1圈，每圈8.5公里，总共8.5公里。
NOTE: Draft is ONLY allowed among racers. NEVER draft behind vehicles or motorcycles.
注意：只允许跟骑其他比赛选手，禁止跟骑汽车或者摩托车。
4. Race Rules比赛规则
a) Safety first. No action that violates this spirit or puts other racers in danger will be allowed. 安全第一。任何有违该原则或危及其他选手安全的行为将被禁止。
b) All traffic laws and other government rules and regulations must be obeyed at all times. 必须遵守交通法规及其他由政府制定的相关法律法规。
c) Helmets are required of all riders at all times in the race. 所有比赛中必须正确佩戴头盔。
d) Numbers will be assigned to each participant. The participant should pin the number on his/her jersey for the duration of the race, and return the number to the race organizer after completing the race. 每个选手将收到号码牌。选手应在整个比赛过程中将号码牌别在骑行服上，并在赛后归还号码牌。
e) For “Category A” and “Category B” racers, only road bikes will be allowed. For “Category MTB” racers, only mountain bikes will also be allowed. For all categories, time trial bicycles and aero bars will be allowed only in time trial races. Recumbent bicycles, tandems, and other bicycles will be considered non-conforming and not allowed to enter any race. 只有公路车可以参加A组和B组的比赛。只有山地车可以参加山地组比赛。对于所有组别，计时赛车只能用于计时赛。躺车、三轮车和其他种类的自行车将被视为不合规则，不允许参加任何比赛。
f) Proper maintenance of the bicycle and safety rests solely on the participant. Any bicycle found to be in non-safe condition will not be allowed to enter the race. 参赛选手全权对车辆的正确保养和安全负责。如发现状况不佳危及安全的自行车，将不允许其参赛。
g) Drafting within each category is allowed in all races with the exception of time trials. For criterium or lap races, lapped riders may continue riding but may not draft riders who have lapped them. Riders who have been lapped three times should withdraw from the race. 除计时赛外，所有比赛均允许跟车。在绕圈赛中，被套圈的选手可以继续比赛，但不能跟骑超过他们的选手。被套圈三次应退出比赛。
h) Disqualification or time penalties will be performed at the sole discretion of the race volunteers. 除名或罚时将由比赛志愿者作出判罚。
5. Registration - 报名注册
First time participants need to complete the following registration form. Note that registration information may be shared with race sponsors. A signed waiver will be required at the race course, which will remain in effect for all 2007 races. 首次报名的参赛者须完整填写下列表格。请注意：报名信息可能会被提供给赞助商。在比赛日须签署一张免责声明，该声明将在2007赛季全部的比赛中具有效力。

1, 我们4-5个人(男)大约年龄在40多岁, 现刚骑了500多公里, 不知是否允许参赛? 我们不计较名次,而重在参与.
2, 我们都住在莘庄附近,想到集合地(龙阳路地铁)乘大巴, 从莘庄如何到龙阳路地铁呢?乘地铁允许吗?
3, 比赛完了,如何返回呢?有大巴吗?
