Reading does improve your english vocab but if you don't practice using them you'll forget in a week or so... the best way keep learning is to watch and listen to english oriented channels like TV and radio. Surround yourself with such environment and you'll improve much faster....again, i like to remind everyone to speak, speak, speak english!
