10/21上午进行的男子记分赛中，来自上海的选手张辉以62分高居榜首，赛前被寄予厚望的香港选手黄金宝仅获得第九。比赛过程中两名选手发生碰撞，其中一名因为伤势过重而被迫退出比赛。18名选手参赛，14名完成比赛。整个男子记分赛选手要骑160圈，每圈250米，总共骑行距离达40公里。每10圈为一个积分点，前四名选手分别记5、3、2和1分。如果完成套圈获得20个积分，被套圈选手将由裁判判决是否可以继续留在场上。
比赛伊始就异常激烈，1圈过后21号选手来自山东的李传民发力，逐渐拉大与大集团的距离，优势最大时已有半圈的距离，接近第一个积分点时大集团开始奋力追击，虽距离逐渐缩小，但李传民还是在被大部队吞并前拿到了第一个积分点的分数。之后他逐渐减慢速度，回到集团中，跟在队尾恢复体力。
黄金宝前半程一直采用跟随战术，保持体力，积分上毫无建树，倒是来自上海队的张辉率先完成套圈，并获得之后多个积分点得分，总分一直在积分榜上摇摇领先。在比赛只剩下30多圈时，四川的选手陈晓勇不慎摔倒，而紧随其后的河南队员金龙由于来不及作出反映，从其身上骑过后直接飞出赛道，陈晓勇在做了简单的检测之后又回到赛场，而金龙由于伤势过重被担架抬出场外。
最后张辉完成两个套圈，以领先第二名9分的成绩获得第一，云南的选手姜坤第二名，而比赛中受伤又重新回到场上的四川选手陈晓勇获得第三。
Men’s points race was held Oct.21 morning . Zhang Hui from Shanghai finished the race with the highest points, and Wong Kam-po who was highly expected only got the 9th place. Two cyclists crashed during the race, and one was hardinjured and forced to quit the race.
Cyclists will finish 160 laps of 250 meters of each lap , total 40km in distance.Sprint point is set in every ten laps , and the first sprinters will get respectively 5 points,3 points,2 points and 1. If cyclist laps any other cyclist , he can get 20points, with the lapped racer decided by the judge weather he can continue the race .
The race was intense at the beginning. Li Chuanmin from Shan Dongtook efforts after 1 lap and continued to increase the distance. The peloton started to chase him when getting close to the first sprint point,however it was too late to swallow him before he could get the 5 pionts. But after the first sprint point, Li slowed down and back to the field, riding at the back to get recovered.
Wong Kam-po was just following and conserved his energy at the first half of the race and only got 1 point. Zhangshuai from Shanghai first lapped the cyclist No. 16 and got 20 points. He kept going and grabbed a few points at several sprint points . He maintained his highest points at the scoreboard all the way to the end. When came to the last 30laps, Chen Xiaoyong fronm Sichuan fell down on the ground and the cyclist Jin Long who followed immediately behind could not react quickly and rode across Chen’s body , then flied away from the track. Chen was back to race after a brief examination, but Jin was not that lucky, he was forced to quit the race because the injury.
At the end of the race, Zhanghui lapped two cyclists, with his sprint points , getting 62 points, 9 pionts more than the second place, Jiang Kun from Yun Nan. The crashed racer who came back to the race again, Chen Xiaoyong from Sichuan got the third place.

作为媒体去的。 全运会的自行车比赛， 不对普通观众开放。 辛苦啦~

积分赛好看呀， 场地照片凑活， 但颜色怪异， 选手的影子是绿色的。。。。
似乎不对普通观众开放。 因为没有售票。 凯琳赛在哪里？ 好象白平衡有点问题。。。ALPHA，等你更多照片啦
