Any shop in Pudong that you know sells the Maxxis semi slick- esp in Biyun area. I checked out Decathlon Biyun and the Trek bike shop along 白桦 but couldn't find.

There is a Specialized shop around that area
#1192 Biyun Rd.
can check it out when you have time, but i'm not sure if they provide Maxxis tires tho.
